Flap Fit doesn't ask for your email, phone number or password. If you use Compete, Flap Fit creates an anonymous online profile with your player name and leaderboard scores. Your birds, levels and training history stay on your phone.

Delete in the app

Open Flap Fit.
Open the Info tab.
Select Delete online profile.
Confirm Delete.

What is deleted: your anonymous account, player name, leaderboard scores and the players you blocked. Your birds, levels and training history on your phone aren't affected. Delete the app or clear its data to remove those.

WITHOUT THE APP

Request deletion by email

Email support@flapfitapp.com with the subject 'Flap Fit account deletion', your player name and your Online profile support ID. You can copy the ID from Info > Online profile support ID while you still have the app. If both match the same profile, we'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done. Player names are public, so we need both.

What may be retained temporarily

Private moderation reports (which player was reported and why) are kept until reviewed, then deleted 180 days after they're resolved. When you delete, your account is unlinked from them. Our hosting provider's security logs and backups expire on their own schedule.

Separate advertising data

Google AdMob (and RevenueCat on iPhone and iPad) keep their own records, separate from your Flap Fit profile. To ask about those, email support and name the provider.
