Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms. A parent or guardian must approve use where local law requires it. By using Flap Fit, and separately by accepting the Competition Terms before using Compete, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Fitness safety

Flap Fit is a fitness game, not medical advice or a medical device. Camera tracking, scores, and training-time totals are estimates. Use a clear, non-slip area, secure the phone, use equipment only as intended, and choose movements appropriate for your ability. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom. Consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program if you have an injury, medical condition, or other concern. Never prioritize a game score over safe form.

Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for choosing safe movements, equipment, surroundings, and effort for your ability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flap Fit and its owner or operator are not liable for injuries or losses arising from gameplay or exercise. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flap Fit for lawful, non-commercial purposes on supported devices. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the app or service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Online competition and public content

Compete is optional. Player names and leaderboard scores may be visible to other players. Friend challenge codes are not included in the launch app. Do not submit obscene content, hate or discrimination, threats, harassment, bullying, impersonation, fraud, spam, illegal content, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not cheat, manipulate scores, obtain unauthorized access, evade limits, or disrupt the service.

You can report or block another player beside that player's public leaderboard result. We may filter, restrict, hide, or remove content; suspend online access; preserve minimum necessary evidence; and contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users.

Your account and deletion

Compete uses an anonymous online account without requiring an email, phone number, or password. Access may be lost if you delete the app, clear its data, or lose the device. In-app deletion is available at Info > Delete online profile. If you no longer have the app, see the Delete online data page.

Record & Play and sharing

Record & Play makes a temporary video on your device. If you grant microphone permission, the video can include your voice and workout sounds. You control whether and where it is shared. Do not record or share another person without permission, and do not share content that is illegal or violates another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights. Services selected in the operating-system share sheet have their own terms and privacy practices.

Camera access and regional advertising

Camera access is required for all gameplay, including normal Play and Record & Play. Without camera permission, you cannot start a workout. Microphone access is optional for recording audio.

Flap Fit is intended for ages 13 and older. Regional advertising restrictions affect advertising and ad performance reporting, not gameplay. After an initial completed run, finish any unanswered setup questions and acknowledge the displayed notice before starting another run. Required Apple authorization, the minimum-age rule and separate online competition rules still apply. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising

Flap Fit is free to play and may show an ad after you choose Done, Try Again, or Next Level on a completed run. Returning from sharing does not by itself trigger an ad. Advertising providers process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Flap Fit 1.0 has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including online competition. Local progress may be lost when the app or its data is deleted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Flap Fit is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple and Google

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and do not provide Flap Fit support. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable app marketplace rules and account terms.
